Get fit now!

Get fit now is easy, and it doesn't cost you a cent! When you get out of bed, what do you do? Head for the coffee machine? Dose yourself up on sugar and rice crispies? Well take a change in your routine, it will cost you nothing other than 15 minutes of your time. Get fit now consists of taking action to improve your life style & fitness. You'll feel better, look better and impress others with a wholesome healthy image of you. And it only takes 15 minutes a day. Anybody can get up 15 minutes early! Jump out of bed and if you have a garden, porch, verandah, balcony, get out there and stretch up towards the sky, breath in that early morning air. Don't have a garden, balcony or other? then open that window and breath! Feel your self grow tall as you stretch your arms above your head, and stretch out your back, feel tall! Now arms out in front of you, and do as many full squats as you can, finishing with a stretch to the sky after the last one... fill up those lungs, breath! Repeat this 2 more times. When finished, get into the push up position (with knees on the floor if need be, that's ok!) and do as many push ups as you can, go on squeeze out a last one! Now roll over onto your back and with you palms on the top of your thighs, pull yourself up with your stomach muscles and have your hands touch your knees. Go on, you can do this! Now repeat the push ups and then once again the sit ups. Finish with a final stretch up to the sky, really stretch and feel yourself get taller. Breath that early morning air! Now that's you, congratulations on your first steps to Get fit now!, a real easy routine that everybody can find 15 minutes for and get fit, the easy way! |
