Eat healthy, become fit & lean.

The easiest way for you to become fit and lean is to eat healthy. No diets, no starving, no horrible tasteless food. If, everyday, as soon as you rise, you eat some fresh fruit such as a mango, a banana, an apple, an orange, peaches, whatever, and before every meal you do the same, then you are on the road to a slimmer waist. Its so easy and logic that its crazy not to do it! Also, to improve your health even more, think about picking up some fruit for a fruit snack once a day. Sure, you can still have that coffee and pastry, but later, once you have eaten your fruit. Fresh fruit is natures natural source of goodness and a perfect way to hydrate as well. See all that juice in a mango, a peach? Well guess what? it hydrates you with pure goodness! Fruits are packed with all the necessary nutrients, and GOOD SUGARS! Fructose from fresh fruit will not cause any sugar spikes or cause you to gain weight. Fruit packs your liver and muscles with glycogen, which are necessary for a healthy functional body. Do yourself a favor, get fit and healthy, improve your overall health just by eating fruit. Once again, no diets, no deprivation, just add fruit!
